CURB SIDE PICK-UP or STORE PICK-UP
1. Curbside pickup is always available. Curbside pick up orders can be paid for by phone with credit/debit cards, by check, or paid in cash. Orders paid in cash or by check will not be put together until the order is paid for. When you are notified that your order is ready for pick-up, please call our store at (603) 736-0256 as soon as you arrive at the store. Your order will then be brought out to you and placed in your trunk.
2. For Orders that require shipping. Shipping Cost are only an estimate. Please read Shipping info below.

ORDERS
1. To place an order please send an email, call the shop or purchase on line for the items that you would like to purchase.
2. For items not available through on-line purchase call or email the shop to purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. All items shipped in the United States are sent by USPS, Priority, Flat Rate Shipping.
2. Shipping charges are only an estimate. Your shipping cost can change if the majority of your purchases are small items, sale items or clearance items and depending on the size of the item(s).
3. For Orders over $50.00, your shipping cost can increase due to added insurance.
4. All adjustments to the shipping cost are done manually.
5. We will try to keep your shipping costs as low and as reasonable as possible.

a. Priority Flat Rate Envelope-(12.5" x 9.5")--$7.75
b. Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope-(9.5"x12.5")--$8.40
c. Priority Flat Rate Small Box-(5.375" x 8.625" x 1.625")--$8.30
c. Priority Flat Rate-Medium boxes-there are two sizes-(11.875" x 3.375" x 13.625" & 11" x 8.5" x 5.5")-$15.05
d. Priority Flat Rate Large Boxes-there are two sizes-(11.75" x 3" x 23.6875" & 12" x 12" x 5.5")--$21.10
e. All other sipping cost will be calculated on the type and size of the box (s) that are used and added insurance costs.

IMPORTANT!!
1. Non-credit card orders or email orders (ex. paying by check) will NOT be cut until payment is received and is cleared from the bank.
2. There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
3. There are NO returns on Books and Patterns due to the copy right laws.
4. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance cost on all returns or exchanges. No refunds, store credit or merchandise exchange only.
5. All Sales are final 30 days from the original purchase date.
6. All reading materials, special orders, software and fabric purchases are final.
7. Credit card orders will be manually processed by us.

Shopping On-Line
1. Colors of products may vary by computer monitor or printer.
2. Prices of products may be subject to change.
3. Birthday coupons can only be used on the purchase of fabric.
